Shipping & Returns
We ship all of our made in the USA dental grade teeth whitening kits within the mainland States of America for FREE. Please allow up to 4 days for this service (your kit should arrive within 2 days but we cannot be held responsible for the postal service we use- please be understanding)
For delivery to all other parts of the world we charge only $10- please allow up to two weeks for this service, it's usually sooner.
I (the owner of the New Bright White Smile) learned a great life lesson from my barber (Andrew's of Ealing Road Wembley) I went to as a kid (he is still in business 45 years later-top man!), he has a sign in his shop- it reads-
"If you are unhappy with our service -please tell us and we will fix it until you are happy- if you are happy with us TELL OTHERS- thank you"
Here at New Bright White Smile, our returns policy is simple, we will not hide behind any legal jargon- if you are not happy with the teeth whitening kits you got from us- then send them back (you pay the shipping) to us and give you a complete refund - minus a minimal $8 restocking fee - please be understanding, as we are only a small company we have overheads and staff to pay. We hope you understand this and appreciate we are working with you here and not trying to hide behind any legal loop-holes like alot of other companies are doing- we want to do the right thing for you.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 10 calendar days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note the product must still be in its original packaging and unused or claims may be invalid.
